Perlina (little pearl) is a spherical stretched-curd cheese, the size of a walnut. Not many people know this product, an handmade fiordilatte coreved by fresh cream. It’s a milky and soft cheese, usually employed for a tasting and delicious aperitif or appetizer.
Ingredients: Milk, UHT cream, salt, rennet. Preservative free.
Organoleptic qualities: White cheese, with a mellow flavour of milk, never sour.
