Perlina

Perlina (little pearl) is a spherical stretched-curd cheese,  the size of a walnut. It’s a milky and soft cheese, usually employed for a tasty and delicious aperitif of appetizer.

Ingredients: Whole cow’s milk, salt, rennet. Preservative free.

Organoleptic qualities: White cheese, with a mellow flavour of milk, never sour.
