Smoked Ciambella

Ciambella is a stretched-curd cheese which looks like a doughnut. It’s thin and smooth and its colour varies from straw-yellow to to golden-yellow for the smoked cheese. Its best consumed fresh.

Ingredients: Whole cow’s milk, salt, rennet. Preservative free.

Organoleptic qualities: Mellow flavoured and amber-colored cheese, without holes.
