Smoked fagottino

Among our products, there are also the smoked fagottini, which looks like small panzarotti (semi-circular). They are perfect for a tasty delicious aperitif or to enhance traditional dishes.

Ingredients: Whole cow’s milk, salt, rennet, cooked ham, olives. Preservative free.

Organoleptic qualities: Mellow flavoured white cheese, without grooves.
