This fresh cheese, whose name means little knot, is a white stretched-curd cheese, very soft and elastic. Nodino cheese is hand-knotted and, as well as mozzarella cheese, when cut it released a milky liquid which tastes delicate and never sour.
Ingredients: Whole cow’s milk, salt, rennet. Preservative free.
Organoleptic qualities: Mellow flavoured and amber-colored cheese.
