Piadina is just one of different shapes that smoked scamorza can take. It is round and fat in shape, easy to prepare and delicious to eat. The best way to serve is to cook it on the griddle.

Ingredients: Whole cow’s milk, salt, rennet. Preservative free.

Organoleptic qualities: Mellow flavoured and amber colored cheese, without grooves.
