Spike cheese is soft and uniform, white in colour, sweet or bittersweet in taste. Cheesemakers give it its typical spike shape with two narrowing at the estremities.

Ingredients: Semi-skimmed cow’s milk, chili pepper (5%), salt, rennet. Preservative free.
