Sfoglia is a square shaped white cheese, with a thin, soft and shiny rind, neither slimy or rough. On the inside, the cheese is white, soft and milky, with a texute made by thin layers. When cut, it releases a milky liquid which tastes delicate and never sour.
Ingredients: Pasteurized milk, milk enzymes, salt, rennet. Preservative free.
