Smoked scamorzone

Scamorzone cheese is the big version of our scamorza. Not olny the shape is different, but also the consistency: scamorzone cheese is bigger and more compact. According to tradition, the smoke curing process is done in the oven; this practice enhance the flavour of this product which re-evoke the flavours of time goes by, full of the warmth of hearth and home.

Ingredients: Whole cow’s milk, salt, rennet. Preservative free.

Organoleptic qualities: White cheese, with a mellow flavour of milk, without grooves.
